PLEASE NOTE: If you need a copy of your DD-214, and do not have it readily available, the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) has provided the following website for Veterans to gain access to their DD-214 online: http://vetrecs.archives.gov/. We require copies of DD-214s of all veterans as part of the application process.
