Carlos R. Bell
(Rev. 4/2005) Carlos Bell is the Coordinator of Clinical Pastoral Education programs and curricula at Baylor Health Care System. He received his Bachelor of Science from Southern Bible College and completed a Master of Arts in Religious Education and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed his CPE residency at Memorial Hospital System in Houston, Texas. Bell has served in senior services, psychiatry, medical intensive care and hospice care settings. He was awarded the 1996 VA Secretary's Excellence in Chaplaincy. His other accomplishments include ACPE Southwest Region Certification Committee and leadership roles in the Church of God in Christ. The Southwestern Black Seminary Fellowship selected Bell as a Distinguished Alumni in 2003. |
