Bobby Hill

(Rev. 03/2005)

Bobby was born and raised in Texas, and has served the Lord for over 30 years in full-time ministry. His early ministry experience came from serving as a missionary in both Western and Eastern Europe. A pioneer at heart, he went on to plant three large churches in Texas prior to coming to Virginia to attend Regent University.

While living in Chesapeake, he accepted the Senior Pastorate of New Life Christian Fellowship and led its growth from a little over 200 to over 2,000 in six years. Consequently, the church was listed among the 200 fastest growing churches in North America in 1996 and among the 100 fastest growing congregations in 1997. During that same period, Bobby graduated from Regent with an MA in Practical Theology. He is currently serving Regent University as an Adjunct Professor.

Bobby passed the baton of leadership with New Life Christian Fellowship in the summer of 2001 and is currently serving as the International Director of Vanguard Ministries. Vanguard Ministries is an apostolic network of leaders and churches and also provides a framework for other ministries, resources and services. Bobby travels extensively, preaching, teaching, consulting, coaching and catalyzing in churches across the United States as well as more than 28 countries. His heart is to identify, train, and mobilize ministry leaders. He is broadly recognized as an apostolic leader with strong teaching and prophetic gifts and is considered a spiritual father to pastors and leaders across the globe.
