Russell W. West

Russell W. West is the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Regent University's School of Divinity in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also the Associate Director of Leadership Training International (LTI), a non-profit ministry organization dedicated to the effective training and multiplication of church leaders in developing nations.

He earned a B.A. from Southeastern College, A M.A. from Regent University, a M.A. Certification in Applied Linguistics from Old Dominion University, and a Ph.D. from Regent University's College of Communication and the Arts. His Ph.D. dissertation was entitled: That His People Might Be One: An Interpretive Study of the Pentecostal Leadership's Quest for Racial Unity.

Russell has more than 17 years in the field fo leadership training. He has authored a training series entitled Biblical Perspectives in Mentoring: The Emerging Leadership Series, and has served as contextual editor for the widely used LTI training series, MotMot, A Bible Teacher's Toolkit. He is currently authoring The Life Coaching System: A Strategy for People-Building and Blueprint for Building a Church: One Life at a Time.
